Travel Insurance
With everything happening right now related to Covid-19 not many people are traveling. When you are ready to again Group Benefit plans will have you covered.
We’ve all heard the horror stories of a family traveling abroad for a vacation only for a trip to the emergency room to cost them their surfing lessons budget and then some.
Well fear not, emergency travel insurance is included with every Group Plan, so you and your family can be rest assured that no trip to the emergency room will jeopardize the thrilling excitement you feel when you hit your first wave.
Trip Duration
There is a limit to the coverage and that limit is a 60 consecutive day trip duration. Meaning you can return on day 60 back to Canada and leave for another 60-day trip on day 61 and be covered.
Unlimited Drug Coverage
With unlimited drug coverage does not come unlimited responsibility. When you have an unlimited drug plan as part of your Group Benefit plan you can be rest assured that if drug claims become too high you will not be subjected to a large increase on renewal. This is because drug claims over $10,000 are pooled.
When claims are pooled they are spread over a large pool of groups in the insurance company which alleviates the high cost of drug claims for one individual group.

Accidental Dental
No one plans on losing a tooth by accident. If this happens every Group Plan has Accidental Dental coverage and will cover any Dental surgery as the result of an accidental injury to the head resulting in Dental surgery.
Treatment must be sought within the 90-day period following the accident.
Vaccines
Vaccines can be covered by your Group Benefit plan. This includes vaccines necessary for travel.
Lifestyle Drugs
Contraceptives can be covered by your Group Benefit plan. Ask your adviser to ensure they are added onto the plan.
Wigs
Wigs can be covered by your Group Benefit plan along with a long list of medical services and supplies.
